Wax Mounting

This system can realize the wax auto mounting, demounting and ceramic block cleaning in-line processes in one system, mean while it has the auto ceramic block/wafer cassette loading/unloading & buffer storage system

• AGV jobs allocated by MES
• Navigation points installed on each machine
• After wax demounting, wafer auto cleaning then unloaded to cassette, buffer to AGV
• Ceramic block cleaning after demounting then back to mounting area
