HongKong BST Automation Technology Limited is an international investment industrial Group that is headquartered in Hong Kong. The company has originally started as historical wire saw factory ”Changzhou Be-Star Machinery Technology Co. Ltd.” in 2011 and expanded it’s operations in Kunshan by forming Kunshan BST Technology Co. Ltd in 2014 and Beijing measuring equipment facility in 2018 (Beijing AK Optics Technology Co. Ltd.) providing the customers with turn-key wafering solution  from wire sawing to CMP polishing and state-of-the-art robotic measurement systems. The development of various technologies was brought to practice through close cooperation with leading Chinese, US and Korean universities including our core partner  KITECH (Korea Institute Of Industrial Technology), which is dedicated to researching, developing and promoting the sales of the Hi-end semiconductor equipment & related intelligent manufacturing technologies.  BST’s international core team members especially have many years experiences in Sapphire wafer production whole line concept design,  equipment development and process set up & optimization. BST experts successfully helped many big customers in China like Xiamen San’An group, Jingray, TianTong and several other LED wafer manufacturing companies.
